Refund policy
If you are considering a refund or return, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank you”! Nothing makes us happier than creating happy Pearls and Fern Paper customers.
As much as we promise to deliver an amazing product and outstanding customer service experience, sometimes things don’t go as planned. That being said, there are a few things we want you to know:
- You may cancel your order at any time BEFORE shipment.
- All sales are FINAL, except for items that have been damaged or any defective materials.

Please be sure to correctly enter you address including any unit, apartment or suite numbers. We do not offer a refund or store credit for the wrong address.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
